Bring the sharp, minimalist design of the Bastian TV Unit into your living space, with three sizes available The Bastian is the perfect height for your TV to be comfortably viewed when sitting on your sofa, and pre-drilled holes for cables at the back of the unit keep everything in its place. The lip on the drawerfront makes for easy opening while retaining a clean, minimalist appearance. Solid oak construction with clean, flat surfaces and angled legs with a tapered, rectangular prism shape combines to create a modern, strong piece that will last for years to come with the right care.

One of the beautiful aspects of the real wood is that it will vary in tone and grain, giving it a unique character. Avoid heat and prolonged liquid exposure. Pine edges and ply base. This helps to keep the cost low and the pine sides allow for the beautiful and strong dovetail joinery that holds the drawer boxes together.

Our timbers are all milled with the quarter sawn techinque, being one of the most sustainable and strong cuts of timber. The varied width planks are laminated together to create the whole and shaped from there, creating beautiful items with their own unique and individual character. Each item will have it's own unique and natural characteristics such as knots, vein and grain patterns, all showing the full story of the growth of the trees the item is produced from.
We recommend a weekly dust with a dry microfibre cloth and using a timber specific clean and polish product once a month to add a UV protection to your unit and help to prevent wear and tear. We recommend the use of coasters and placements and avoid placing hot or wet items directly onto the unit top.
There is much variation in American Oak colour, depending upon the forest it is sourced from and the cut of timber used. It is a versatile timber, with natural variations that can't be helped, but should work in with any other American Oak item very nicely. We can't gaurantee it will match perfectly, but the beauty of the warm tones will compliment each other.
