Keep your rug looking beautiful for years to come:

Rotate your rug every 6 months so it wears evenly and ages gracefully.
Some fibres will shed at first. This will settle down over time.
Use a rug pad to prevent slipping, protect your floors, and give your rug extra support.
If you see a loose thread, trim it with scissors. Pulling can cause damage.
Vacuum lightly once or twice a week on the gentlest setting, avoiding rotating brushes.
For spills, blot (never rub) with a clean cloth. A little warm water and mild soap can help, but avoid anything harsh.
For a deeper refresh, we recommend professional cleaning every five years.

Rugs are handmade and produced using natural fibres, and some variation in colour, tone, texture, weave, pattern and dimensions can occur. Samples, swatches and images are indicative and the finished rug may vary slightly.
